Moving In?

Congratulations on your new home here at the Scottsdale Marquessa!

Be sure to register on our website by clicking on the Register button in the upper right corner of this page. This will ensure you receive all the various news and updates about our community. 

If you have not done so already, fill out and sign the neccessary forms in the Move In Packet (see below) and return to the concierge. Please also review the Rules & Regulations and CC&R's. These can be downloaded or you may obtain copies from the front desk. 

If you are renting, you will need to fill out the Rental Registration Form and provide a $25 rental registration fee to the concierge. Checks are preferred. 

Please be advised that keys to the unit, outer periphery doors, gate remotes, and mail keys must be obtained from the previous/current owner or realtor.

The HOA does not cover your electricity or internet. You will need to contact APS @ 602-371-7171 to set up or transfer services to your name. If you wish to have wifi in your unit, you will need to contact Cox @ 8​7​7​-​6​8​8​-​4​6​4​8​. Here is a list of what is included with your HOA fee.
